Individual Annual Membership

  • Membership Dues $15.00 per year (January 1-December 31)
  • Must be 12 Years old or older
  • Willing to abide by the by-laws of the society*
  • Willing to support the society by servicing on a committee or volunteering
  • Join during any regular meeting, or submit the form below, we will contact you to collect dues 

Family Annual Membership

  • Membership Dues $20.00 per year (January 1-December 31)
  • Must be members of the same household
  • Must be 12 Years old or older
  • Willing to abide by the by-laws of the society*
  • Willing to support the society by serving on a committee or volunteering
  • Join during any regular meeting or submit the form below, we will contact you to collect dues

Please complete this form with your full name, address, email address, phone number. Be sure to include your membership type request. If you're signing up for a Family Membership, be sure to include the names of additional family members living in the same household.
